Terms of Service
Effective 22 October 2026
Please read section 19 carefully. It requires most disputes to be resolved by individual binding arbitration and includes a class-action waiver. You may opt out within 30 days of first accepting these terms, without affecting your booking.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Attractions4Us LLC (“Attractions4Us”, “we”, “us”), operator of stpatrickstours.com (the “Site”). By using the Site or making a booking through it, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. If you book for other travellers, you confirm that you are authorised to accept the applicable terms for them and will tell them what applies.
2. Experiences and operators
The Site offers tours, attraction tickets and packages arranged by Attractions4Us. Check the booking details for the supplier, inclusions and any additional operator terms for your selected experience. In these Terms, “Operator” means the business supplying the experience.
Where an independent Operator supplies an experience, we act as its booking agent to collect payment and issue confirmation. Your contract for the experience is with that Operator, on the terms and cancellation policy shown before payment. Our contract with you is for the booking service. The Operator is responsible for delivering its experience, including safety, staffing, equipment, licensing and insurance. Where Attractions4Us supplies an experience itself, it is responsible in that capacity.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to make a booking. Experiences may have age, health, mobility, documentation or other participation requirements. Check the selected experience's requirements and ensure that everyone in your party meets them.
4. Making a booking
Selecting an experience and completing checkout is an offer to book. Your booking is confirmed only when we or the Operator send written confirmation, usually by email with a voucher. Availability can change before payment or confirmation. If a submitted booking cannot be accepted, we will tell you promptly and refund any payment in full.
Check your confirmation as soon as it arrives and report incorrect names, dates, times or meeting details immediately. Corrections are subject to the Operator's agreement. A group enquiry, prepared email or telephone discussion is not a booking confirmation; your group arrangements must be agreed and confirmed separately.
5. Prices, taxes and currency
Prices are shown per person unless stated otherwise. Check the current price, inclusions, taxes and charges in the booking flow before paying. Prices may change before booking, but a change does not affect a confirmed booking. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude gratuities, food and drink, optional hotel pickup and local charges payable on the day. Any compulsory local charge is identified in the experience details.
Prices are displayed and charged in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Your bank determines any currency conversion rate and its own fees. If a price is obviously incorrect and you could reasonably have recognised the error, we may cancel and refund the booking in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken through hosted checkout provided by Bokun and processed by its payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number. By paying, you authorise the amount shown. Each charge is a one-off payment for that booking; we do not operate subscriptions, memberships or recurring billing.
If payment fails, is reversed or is charged back after confirmation, we may cancel the booking. Contact us promptly if a charge appears incorrect so we can investigate.
7. Vouchers and check-in
Bring your confirmation voucher, printed or on your phone, and any identification required by the experience. Arrive at the meeting point at the time stated, which may be earlier than departure. Late arrival or arrival at the wrong location normally does not entitle you to a refund. Keep your contact details accurate and reachable so we can pass on changes to meeting points or times.
8. Changes and cancellations by you
The cancellation policy differs by experience. The policy shown for your selected booking before payment and in its confirmation applies. Some experiences permit free cancellation before a stated deadline; others allow a partial refund or are non-refundable. Many ticketed attractions and theatre performances are non-refundable. There is no single free-cancellation deadline for every experience on this Site.
To request a cancellation or change, email reservations@stpatrickstour.com or call +1 917 935 4412 as early as possible, quoting your booking reference. We will acknowledge your request in writing; treat it as made only when you receive that acknowledgement. We apply the Operator's policy in force when you booked. Changes to a date, time or party size depend on availability and agreement, and take effect only after written confirmation.
9. Refunds
Refunds due are returned to the original payment method, not to a different card or in cash. We normally instruct an agreed refund within three business days. Payment processing typically takes three to ten business days, and your bank may take up to a further five business days to show the funds. These are typical processing times, not a guarantee of a specific statement date.
Where a booking contains multiple items, each item's cancellation policy applies separately. Cancelling one does not automatically cancel the others.
10. If the Operator cancels
An Operator may cancel because of weather, unsafe conditions, mechanical problems, insufficient participants or another operational reason. If the Operator cancels an experience, or materially changes it and you do not accept the change, you are entitled to a full refund of what you paid us, or another date if you prefer and it can be accommodated.
That refund or alternative is the extent of the remedy for the cancellation, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for consequential costs such as flights, hotels, parking, transfers or lost time.
11. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate names, contact details, dates and party information.
- Meet the experience's age, health, mobility and documentation requirements.
- Arrange the travel documents, permissions and insurance you need.
- Follow the Operator's safety instructions and reasonable directions. An Operator may refuse admission or remove someone who is intoxicated, unsafe, abusive or in breach of its rules, normally without refund.
We recommend travel insurance, particularly for non-refundable and weather-dependent experiences.
12. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site unlawfully, make fraudulent or speculative bookings, impersonate another person, interfere with security or operation, or gain unauthorised access to systems or data. Do not scrape, harvest, resell or commercially exploit listings, pricing or availability without written permission. Well-behaved search-engine crawlers may index the Site in accordance with its robots file. We may refuse service or cancel bookings where we reasonably believe these rules have been breached.
13. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, layout, images, video, names and logos are owned by us or used under licence and protected by intellectual property laws. You may browse, book, and save or print your own confirmation. Other copying, republication, redistribution or derivative use requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
14. Content and accuracy
We take reasonable care with descriptions, durations, inclusions, meeting points and images, but details may change. Check the current booking information and your confirmation. Images illustrate an experience and do not guarantee identical weather, views or operating conditions on your visit.
15. Third-party services
Booking, checkout and payment services are provided through third parties. Their own terms apply to their services, and their availability is outside our control. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.
16. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and booking service are provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or warranties arising from a course of dealing or trade. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free operation, or that all content is complete or current. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our officers, employees or agents are liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost enjoyment or substitute arrangements arising from the Site, a booking or an experience, whether in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise.
Our total aggregate liability relating to a booking will not exceed the amount you paid us for it. For an experience supplied by an independent Operator, we are not responsible for loss caused by that Operator except to the extent caused by our own negligence.
Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including our fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or mandatory consumer protection rights. Jurisdiction-specific restrictions on these limitations continue to apply.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, violation of law or third-party rights, or your conduct during an experience. We will notify you of a claim and you may participate in its defence at your expense. We will not settle a claim imposing an obligation on you without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld.
19. Disputes, arbitration and class-action waiver
Informal resolution
Before starting arbitration, send a written Notice of Dispute to reservations@stpatrickstour.com, describing the problem and the relief you seek, and allow 60 days to resolve it. We will do the same before bringing a claim against you. This is a condition of starting arbitration.
Binding individual arbitration
If unresolved, you and we agree that disputes arising from these Terms, the Site or a booking will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section and its enforceability.
A single arbitrator will hear the dispute. Unless agreed otherwise, an in-person hearing will take place in New York County, New York, or, at your election, the county where you live. Claims may be heard by telephone, video or documents. The arbitrator may award relief available to you individually in court, and an award may be entered in a court of competent jurisdiction. We pay filing and arbitrator fees where the AAA rules require us to do so for a consumer claim.
Class-action waiver and exceptions
You and we bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or member of a class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or hear a representative proceeding. If this waiver is unenforceable for a particular claim or remedy, that part is severed to court and the remainder proceeds in arbitration.
Either party may bring a qualifying individual claim in small-claims court or seek court relief to protect intellectual property or stop unauthorised access to the Site.
Opting out
You may opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Email reservations@stpatrickstour.com with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out”, your name, the email address used for booking, and a statement that you opt out. Opting out costs nothing, does not affect your booking and leaves the other Terms unchanged. Disputes then use the courts identified in section 20.
Time limit
A claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or the shortest longer period required by law, otherwise it is barred.
20. Governing law and venue
New York State law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. For disputes not subject to arbitration, you and we submit to the state and federal courts in New York County, New York. If you are an EEA or UK consumer, nothing removes mandatory protections of your home country's consumer law or your right to bring proceedings there.
21. General terms
- Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy and your booking confirmation form our agreement on this subject. The selected experience's applicable Operator terms continue to govern that experience.
- Changes: we may update these Terms and will give notice of material changes. The Terms in force when you booked govern that booking.
- Severability: an unenforceable provision is removed or narrowed only as necessary; the remainder stays in force.
- No waiver: not enforcing a provision is not a waiver.
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or business successor.
- Events beyond control: neither party is responsible for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, disaster, epidemic, war, unrest, strikes or public-authority action, subject to mandatory rights.
- Third parties: except for Operators relying on provisions that protect them, these Terms create no rights for third parties.
- Notices: we may notify you by your booking email or on the Site; contact us using the details below.
